I scheduled an appointment for a facial. I went to the store for the appointment and the store was closed. I discovered a Facebook message the day of the appointment but didn’t see it until after the scheduled time. I scheduled my appointment one week in advance. The fb message was the day of. I was planning on spending money on products and services but will look elsewhere. Not a great experience.
