There is something very troubling about this Merle Norman link. When I click on the Merle Norman link for the location on 15th Plano, this Allen link comes up. After reading the terrible review I had concerns about participating in that location. I decided to give them a try regardless. I found Jane at the 15th & Independence location to be most helpful, friendly, and customer oriented. I recommend the 15th & Independence location to anyone. Emma
This studio must have the worst owner in the industry! I moved to Plano around 20 years ago, I usually spend $350-450 every visit, as I use all skin care and cosmetics! It seems the owner doesn't really appreciate have such a good customer because I quit going here due to never having on hand about half my products.
