I had a phenomenal experience with Janice!! She gave me a wonderful facial. My face was left glowing and I feel like a completely different person!! As well, Janice gave me my second ear hole piercing! She left my ears with no pain and guided me through the directions on keeping them clean with a solution bottle!! I 100% Recommend going to Janice for any cosmetics ! She has a variety of EVERYTHING you need!! I would NEVER think twice about going to Merle! ❤️💋

The quality of Merle Norman Cosmetics is unmatched. I have been using their products for years. I personally love their Brilliant C skin care line. Both of my daughters have gotten their ears pierced at the Severn location. Each time the process was very smooth. I really appreciate the patience and care the Beauty consultants offer at Merle Norman. They take the time to color match each client and offer makeup consultations.
