I have been use Merle Norman products for a while now and after trying some others that I was disappointed with I will never leave Merle Norman
Iwanted to return an item that did not work out and was told they do not refund back to your atm or credit card. The store inky offers a credit to your name. I told the sales person "that is not posted anywhere nor did anyone tell me that before purchasing items" very poor customer service. Will not shop there again.
Oops. Charged for three eyeliners; only received two. The salesperson made it all better and mailed missing product to Lewiston.
Great products and knowledgeable staff.
