SEE UPDATED POST AT THE BOTTOM!! Booked an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrows at the Merle Norman location in the Semiamhoo mall in Whiterock. I showed up and the manager said I have no one to do it. She claimed I never booked a pedicure. I assured her I most certainly did. I went here for both a nose and ear piercing and had a very positive experience. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was super clean, and they used sterile tools for each step, which gave me a lot of confidence in their professionalism and hygiene standards. Highly recommend!
