I went there and I usually have a person that does what I want but the last time I went and the girl wasn’t there I got someone new. I told her what I want specifically but at the end they messed up and I am never going back!
We took my daughter in to get her ears pierced for her 5th birthday wish! She's been super excited and when her birthday finally came she was ready. I went in person to book my appointment so I can double check we could do hoops and get an idea of what to expect for the appointment. They had told me they are all about pampering and making the experience good for littles and said they would get a plushie toy at the end too, which I was totally surprised by! Took my 4.5 year old to get her earlobes pierced. Suzanne was super knowledgeable and kept my daughter at ease. Pierced both lobes at once so it was over quick and we left happy!
Love this place! Megan and Ashlee have been my rock for quite a few years. Always always impressed with the lash extensions they give me. Always open to what I ask for and compensating for appointment times. Recommend this place and them to people all the time!
