Stopped in to see about getting my eyebrows done. The worker came out from the back clearly annoyed we were there. She just stared at us and didn't say anything, so I asked about getting them done. She was rude, said "no, I'm busy" and went to the back again. Worst customer service ever. Will never step foot back in there again.

Called the place couldn’t understand them first of all second they were so rude hung up the phone and didn’t answer my question to the best of their abilities

I had a really disappointing experience getting my eyebrows waxed. The technician didn’t communicate with me at all, no questions about my preferences or how I was feeling. She just applied the hot wax to my face without any warning.The worst part was the lack of hygiene. She stopped doing my brows went over to help another aesthetician and client touched the other clients face and then came back to mine without sanitizing her hands or wearing gloves.
