I had a really disappointing experience getting my eyebrows waxed. The technician didn’t communicate with me at all, no questions about my preferences or how I was feeling. She just applied the hot wax to my face without any warning.The worst part was the lack of hygiene. She stopped doing my brows went over to help another aesthetician and client touched the other clients face and then came back to mine without sanitizing her hands or wearing gloves. Absolutely not, charged 60 dollars for ear piercing with completely outdated aftercare instructions that would cause infection, its only after learning that my earlobes were not the correct size for a gun/the earrings they gave me that i learned they were basically stealing 60$ from me. I went to a professional piercing place and they charged half the price for a full piercing (which I had to get done essentially) DO NOT GO TO THE MALL TO GET A PIERCING!!! GO TO A PLACE THAT SPECIALIZES IN BODY MODIFICATION
