Don’t recommend this place at all I booked my make up and my hair for my wedding and they did whatever they wanted to me. I was so upset and I didn’t have time to get anyone else. This company supposed to have professionals but they don’t. The lady that was supposed to do my hair and said she new didn’t know how to do it and they did watever they were able to . Ladys don’t trust or booked here imagine on ur wedding day going tru something like this so sad

Went and bought some lipstick. When I got home, it would not go up. I should have known something was wrong because when I asked to see it, she didn't twist it up or she tried and it didn't work and sold it to me anyway. I will continue to give my business to Harlingen. I wasn't offered the free gift either after purchasing 2 items. Harlingen gives you one everytime you purchase 2 or more items. I won't be going back.

Araceli Salinas is the best cosmetologist you could ever go to! She is very patient and kind and helps you find the perfect skin care routine for your skin type. She took her time and really went over everything with me. Her customer service is amazing and the facials are as well. Definitely will return to visit her!

Horrible customer service. When I went to store it was closed even though message said store closed at 7 pm. I called number on window shop and a gentleman returned my call and told me to go to the McAllen mall location. Denise was very nice and I bought over 200 worth of product. When I tried to return and exchange an item she wasn’t very nice. She was actually quite rude. I am very happy with the Merle Norman product I will just not purchase from Weslaco or McAllen location again.
