As the owner, I would like to respond to these 2 reviews. To Mr. Paul Hayes, I checked back through all of my messages as far back as February 2013, and I see no messages from you or anyone else requesting a wedding makeup makeover. First, I do not have voice mail on my studio phone, so you could not have left a voice mail. And I can prove that I respond to all of my Facebook messages. My son and his fiancee were about to be married in December 2017. Two months earlier we reached out to have them to do her makeup for the wedding. 5 phone calls/messages were made. None were returned. As I ride by there in Madison this morning (3/6/19) I noticed there were no customers and think to myself ...why would they busy if they couldn't even return a phone call? Avoid Merle Norman in Madison Florida. I'm sure they don't even care! lol

I’m from out of town and I stopped because I need some lotion and makeup. The lady was rude and said it would be 45 minutes before she could help me. She was soooo rude!!! I will never come to this Merle Norman’s again!!!
