I am a regular customer here I always get my nails done by Anna she is amazing and super friendly and I have enjoyed getting to know her over the last few years all the staff there are lovely and I always enjoy my time there and my nails are always done perfectly and once in a while I get a pedicure and it’s always excellent service and I think a very good price for what I get and they always make sure I am happy and they are such lovely kind people! Thank you Anna and team for always providing good quality service 🥰

We had a wonderful experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped ease my daughter’s nerves. The place was clean and hygienic, and they followed all safety protocols, which gave us peace of mind. My daughter left with a big smile and beautiful earrings—she couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe and pleasant piercing experience for kids.

My 8y/o went in to get her ears pierced for the first time and the whole experience went so smoothly. Kulwinder & Anna were both so very lovely and did a great job keeping my daughter calm and making sure we were happy through the whole process which was very quick. The best part was that the ladies each pierced one ear so it happened simultaneously and the “pinch” was felt only once and was soon over. My daughter is so happy with her new earrings and we would like to thank the kind staff at the Abby location:)

Got a piercing from Becki S at Merle Norman Abbotsford and she was phenomenal. She’s very professional, very kind, knowledgeable and quick but well done. The boss there is also amazing and professional at what she does. Everyone there is a delight!!

I would go to a proper piercing place. This place is not hygienic. This is what i found to be problematic 1) they use piercing gun vs needle 2) she “sanitized” the gun with alcohol which is not an appropriate sanitizer 3) no gloves 4) did not see her use hand sanitizer or wash hands before/after procedures 5) very limited knowledge about piercing process, piercing materials, different metals. Try a proper piercing place and you will see the difference. Ear piercing is essentially minor surgery.
