We had the best experience ever today at Merle Norman. My friend came in hoping to find a wig, not knowing what to expect. The selection was better than we anticipated and she left with a topper that matched perfectly. The service was excellent. Couldn't have been better! Thank you.

Insensitive to cancer patients.. I like the brand but why be rude to someone who is devastated with a diagnosis. The woman barely smiled and was just unpleasant. Why sell wigs if you can't take care of your customers.
