I really hate to give them such low rating but I have to. I waited to review the lash tech, Ashley, until I went to another place just to see if what I went through was normal. I went to Merle Norman to get lash extensions for the first time ever. My experience was honestly horrible. When I first got there, the lash tech never greeted me or introduced herself.
