I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted and was ready to make a purchase. I had my 4-year-old daughter with me, and as young kids sometimes do, she reached toward one of the makeup displays. Roni is fantastic! I have been seeing her for the past 3 months and every time she has made sure that my appointment is customized to me and pays attention to what I like and don’t like. She even changed one product I thought smelled weird. She has also tried new things on me that she thinks might be helpful just from what she’s learned about me from previous conversations.
