Took my daughters to get their ears pierced here after a recommendation from a friend. One kid was incredibly stressed about the process to the point of wanting to abandon the whole thing entirely. The staff at this store were EXCEPTIONAL: so incredibly patient, kind, and managed to calm my kid to the point where we actually went through with the process. I honestly can’t recommend them enough if your kid (or you?) need to get ears pierced!
I had a makeup session with Jill who is very friendly and personable. She explained everything she was doing and the final result was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! I’ll be back.
I went to the southgate location today to get my third wholes in my ears. Lata was the lady who pierced my ears and she was amazing. Very sweet and I just an amazing experience all around. I would highly recommend going here.
Lata took best care of my daughter. Recommend her for the little kids piercing.
I just do my brows in this location ( Southgate) but im not really happy for the two ladies in cashier area. One lady who did my brows is Indian and one is i think Pakistan ( who interrupt our conversation with Indian lady) . Since im a regular customer here and in sometimes at Westend location, i ask the lady only to sign the free brows on my reciept but she refuse, i explain that its the second time they told me that i have a free brows on my next visit, so i expecting that i can get today.
