I’m always picking up stuff for my mom, and I gotta say Mae has really done a great job with the place. The studio looks like a completely different space now. It’s cleaner, updated, and just feels a lot more welcoming. Mae is always friendly and takes care of people when they come in. Definitely 5 star service.

I forgot my foundation at home when we were traveling out of town. I called to see if they were open. They actually were closed but were at the store doing some work. They very thoughtfully offered to help me. Not only did they have what I needed, they gave me some samples to get me by. They make Merle Norman look as beautiful as I’m accustomed to. Best wishes on your new store.

Don’t bother trying to go to the store better off ordering online. They are never there during the hours they have posted on the door/website. Waste of time and gas. Seems like every Merle Norman worker just goes when they feel like it.

Rude and shallow owner the customer service is a nightmare. Not helpful and lacking in knowledge. Plus lack of stocking high demand products. A complete waste of my time and gas. Not a clean environment either. I don’t see this store staying in business. It is worth the trip to go buy someplace else and start using other brands. If I pay good money I can expect good service and products. Never going back.
