Don’t bother trying to go to the store better off ordering online. They are never there during the hours they have posted on the door/website. Waste of time and gas. Seems like every Merle Norman worker just goes when they feel like it.
Rude and shallow owner the customer service is a nightmare. Not helpful and lacking in knowledge. Plus lack of stocking high demand products. A complete waste of my time and gas. Not a clean environment either. I don’t see this store staying in business. It is worth the trip to go buy someplace else and start using other brands. If I pay good money I can expect good service and products. Never going back.
