I have been a very happy customer at Merle Norman’s for years! Until today! I can’t believe the amount of rudeness that was shown to me by the sales person! I hope there are cameras in place so the owner/managers will be able to see how she responded to me as a customer! I’m not sure if I will ever go into this store again!!! It was absolutely rude! I had such a wonderful experience at Merle Norman getting my autistic granddaughter’s ears pierced. Shannon and Lacey were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, taking the time to make her feel calm and comfortable every step of the way. My grandmother was a loyal customer of this store and I have remained one as well. The service is always very kind and helpful. They have everything I need when I go in and you have the ability to keep a record of what you have purchased in case you forget.
