Nancy Ham was very helpful when I visited the Merle Norman store on Battleground last week. I went in intending to purchase one or two items, but walked out with four, but in no way did Nancy pressure me. She spent a lot of time with me and made good suggestions. I am very happy with the products I purchased and will be returning.

She always takes the time to answer any questions, make me feel comfortable and she never pushes me to purchase products.
