I love this store!! The products are fantastic. The owner really cares about teaching customers how to properly layer the skin care products to achieve the best results. Since I started using them, my skin has seen amazing improvement. I am a customer for life! Highly recommend!

My elderly mother went into this store on Saturday the 11th of July and bought quite a few products. My mom does have the gift of gab and tends to talk a lot. So what? My daughter-in-law was there to witness the older clerk being EXTREMELY rude as this clerk literally told my mom to “shut up.” This is no way to treat a customer, especially an elderly one who’s owed some respect. Merle Norman offers the best cosmetics and accessories. The Flawless Effect Foundation beats all the competition by a mile. The shop in Frisco is my new favorite location! The staff is always helpful and friendly.

if you want a rude clerk this is your store. the older short haired red headed clerk/manager is your girl for that! i came to exchange a pressed powder because it was the wrong color and return an eye cream that i didn’t need after all. initial conversation begun like this…. me: i need to return this and exchange this for a different color. her: well why did you buy it if you are just going to return it (in a condescending tone) me: not that it is really any of her business why i am returning it but i said because i decided ... read more
