Exceptional services from Barbara. She tried two base coverage... and the second was perfect. I felt like I was visiting a friend. This Merle Norman store is perfect.
I walked into Merle Norman today without an appointment. Although everyone was very busy, I was warmly greeted immediately by Fran. After taking care of her previous customer, she gave me her full, undivided attention. She spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me find the right products and colors of foundation, powder, concealer and cheek color. She was very caring, honest and knowledgeable, wanting me to be completely satisfied with my new make up. She is a definite asset to Merle Norman.
I went to see Kim for permanent makeup after a recommendation and I am disappointed to say the least. The consultation consisted of shaving most of one side of my eyebrows off and shading in where she was going to apply ... so yeah if I had not wanted to do it it was too late right there.. then she did them and they were very lopsided ... just awful.. she was very proud and kept bragging about how long she had been doing this.. she later offered to give me a refund which of course never happened.
