I love the new changes! Now open on Wednesdays and later hours! Awesome atmosphere with great spa-like music. The owner is so friendly and helpful, as is the rest of the staff. This is the best of all the Merle Norman stores in the Chicago area.
I had my 3 year old daughter's ears pierced here last week. I had called the day before to get some information. I'm the kinda mom who does some research, asks for recommendations, and then calls and asks a barrage of questions. I spoke to Sam over the phone who answered my questions confidently and knowledgeably. I came in the next day and was warmly greeted.
