This is the ONLY Merle Norman store I go to now. I have gone to the Belden Village store and Summit Mall locations over the last 15 years, had good experiences at Summit but not at Belden. There is nothing wrong with the selection at Massillon! (always have what I need and use) The atmosphere is wonderful in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. The prices are actually more reasonable than other name brands. I KNOW great customer service from being in that line of work since I was 17, and this location has it.

I encourage all of my online viewers to visit my store to experience the product selection and atmosphere for themselves. Unfortunately there is no way for me to know who the writers of the past negative reviews are, because they are only identified by a first name. I do not know if these are ladies who were actual customers, or if they are friends of another MN owner and just decided to write something negative, but their descriptions of my studio are definitely NOT accurate. Last week my friend and I were at the Merle Norman store at Massillon to check out there fall makeup line ,its a OK store nothing fancy. I been a MN customer for 5 years .The studio owner / manager was not much helpfull on helping us.She was annoyed to have to get out a few colors for me to look at.She was more concern about her texts than customer service.We were there for 15 minutes and left .
