The people who work at the Hickory store are wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable and informative! I love Merle Norman products !
Not the best customer service, she made me feel unwelcome and like I don't belong there. I have been using Merle Norman since 1996 and have traveled for a living and have been to many in different cities. This was the worst. Will not be back.
