If I could I’d rate it a negative. My experience has been the worst ever that I have ever dealt with. Melissa, who I have been dealing with & who is supposed to be the owner, had agreed to refund my approximately $2000.00 if I was not happy but upon repeated goof ups with appointments & false promises & not replying to my texts or calls , I am just disgusted with the way they treat their customers. I’ve been a loyal customer of Merle Norman in downtown Farmington for over 20 years, and I knew the previous owner, Karen, who was truly wonderful. On my most recent visit, I came in with a friend who had never been to the studio before and was excited to experience the products. Unfortunately, the interaction we had was disappointing—the staff member at the front barely acknowledged us and came across as unwelcoming. Hairdresser was very nice. I showed a picture said I just wanted it trimmed because I am going through cancer. My hair was what I call butchered. I can't manage to style it all. Worst experience ever. I had to ask her to stop cutting it. All of my chemo curls were cut off and it was a blunt cut and it looked terrible and still does. I do not like to complain but I was in tears when I left.

Amazing Experience! I’ll definitely be back! Maryam did an incredible job with my head spa and eyebrow wax—no hives, even with my sensitive skin. I later returned for a curly haircut with Zoe, and she did amazing. So happy with the results. Thank you!
