I have been a client at the Merle Norman cosmetic store in Anthem for the past 5 years. In mid 2016 the store was sold to a new owner, Barbara Norris. Since then, the store was rearranged to be more aesthetically pleasing, creating a more inviting space with the makeup and skin care products carefully placed in an organized fashion. Poor customer service overall. Went with my mother and the owner had no respect for her. The owner was very sour and bitter. The owner was also dressed the opposite of appropriate. Will not be coming back again. Anthem should work on being kind to their customers...
