Purchased make up that was wrong color. Forgot about that no biggie it happens. Went back the next week purchased a different makeup with a primer. Asked the lady if it could be returned if the primer didn’t work out. After having a long discussion about how my skin is super sensitive. And primers sometimes break me out. Indeed it did, went in with large welp under eye. Lady told me she could only exchange it if I exchanged it for an even more expensive primer. Saturday I needed makeup went by this shop it was 5 minutes until they were to open so i was just waiting in my car. No problem...but a lady went in turned on light and a very bright OPEN sign lighted up so I just got out of my car and walked in. A very unfriendly person from across the room said WE ARE CLOSED! So I said what? She said again!! u can wait if u want but we are closed!!! I said well ok.
