We took my niece in to get her ears pierced. Phenomenal service, very clean highly recommend!!
Chandra was amazing 🤩 This was my first time for my almost 7 yr old daughter getting her ears pierced and Chandra was so sweet, gentle, and kind to my daughter and made her feel so special which made my daughter and my experience a 5 star. She made her feel comfortable and my daughter loves her earrings. I highly recommend Merle Normans. Thank you for a great experience! I think I was more nervous than my daughter was 😂

I could not recommend this place enough! I absolutely love everything about this store. When I first walked in, the environment was so kind and welcoming. Everyone was so incredibly friendly. I went in to get my ears pierced and they had so many different earring options to choose from. The actual process of getting my ears pierced was very cleanly and quick!
