The only time I've ever wished there was a no stars option. I was in the chair for 2 hours for a pedicure. The person doing it was obviously new. Cut me a few times enough to bleed, put 7 layers of shellac on then started doing the wrong colour. Let her know it was the wrong colour so she put a different wrong colour. Let her know that's not the colour so then she told me they can't do the colour I chose so I picked a different colour then had to sit while 2 of them removed the 8 layers of shellac that had been piled on. I got a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. Should have known when I was still there this would be a disaster since they were using the gel manicure light to do the dip... in the end I paid about $100 only to need a complete redo the very next day. Maybe they do a better gel manicure but don't waste your money on a dip here!
