Victoria is a must if you’re looking for getting your eyebrows done! Literally saved my eyebrows. She’s so patient, kind and she even did my mom’s too. She’s definitely an asset here to Merle Norman!
Nibal at the WEM location was very attentive to quality and professional. In addition, she made the experience for my daughter a lot of fun and comfortable.
Tanveet at Merle & Norman was AMAZING!!! My 8yo daughter thought her holes had closed up in her ears, so I took her in to get them re-pierced. My daughter was very anxious and Tanveet had such patience and showed so much care & kindness. She was able to get earrings back in my daughter’s ears without re-piercing them and didn’t charge me a dime. I wish more people cared about their customers the way Tanveet did.
I brought my 3 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Nibal was amazing, and very accomodating and polite. she made it a great, memorable experience for us. I would highly recommend Merle Norman for ear piercings. Thank you!
