We have a location here in Calgary, although it makes it worth the drive to come see the ladies here, it’s always been a pleasant experience. I got my nose pierced here and all the employees were so nice, and provided so much good info prior to the piercing. Would come back again

I took my daughter here to get a second hole pricing with her 2 friends and the staff was amazing. My daughter was quite nervous but the ladies put her mind at ease, used numbing cream and took their time to make sure the second holes were properly spaced with the first holes. I’d highly recommend the WEM location for ear piercing!

Victoria is a must if you’re looking for getting your eyebrows done! Literally saved my eyebrows. She’s so patient, kind and she even did my mom’s too. She’s definitely an asset here to Merle Norman!
