Dr. Houston has since left since I seen her last. She was great and very caring. Not sure of circumstances to her departure but I will personally be sad about it. The staff in office are the worst tho. As if finding and choosing doctor isn't aggravating enough..than add dealing with people on phone with no phone etiquette that is soooo much more worse

I had an appointment with Merlandie Houston for 9-20-23. I went to her office to check in, I WAS TOLD THAT MS HOUSTON'S LAST DAY WAS THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT 9-19-23! Ms. Houston did not have the respect for me to let me know she was leaving that office. I WOULD NEVER TRUST HER AGAIN.

First of all, this provider should’ve never accepted me as a new patient because she was leaving the practice. She ordered me 2 CT scans and then just left the office 2 days later, for good. No one communicated with me until that point that she was leaving the office. Then after she left the office some nurse cancelled my scan that Merlandie had ordered me without ever communicating this to me. Great doc, liked that she listened to my concerns. Hate to hear that shes not gonna be with the practice anymore. :/ kinda brings concerns now with the practice.
