When I called in, the lady was very rude, short and didn’t seem to want to help me. They messed up my banking info and I never received my return and they are treating it like it was my fault. Def do not recommend.
We've been using Merlak Tax for our tax returns for the last two years. Carla and her team are great! Whenever we had a question, I could either email or call and they would get back to me quickly and answer my questions. We had a small hiccup in our taxes this year, but Carla was able to get it taken care of quickly! I would highly recommend using her for your tax preparation services! I won't be going anywhere else but her! Her prices are VERY affordable!
