I bought a unit Merl had replaced the battery in and had some questions about the unit and the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips about how to test the unit. Very Very Very helpful. Thank you so much. Great customer service
I have a 406 ELT made in Canada that needed a 5 yrs battery replacement, the company closed down during Covid and could not find anyone to do it. Many avionics shops I talked to suggested to throw it away and install a new ELT, at a cost of $4k, well I wasn't prepared to follow the easy route and found Merl Inc. I spoke to Rob, told me he could do it and 3 wks later I received the unit back all checked out and the price charged was fair. Thank you Rob, I will recommend Merl Inc. to anyone, a very professional company.
