I specifically brought my car here because I trusted them. Car wouldn't shift out of park. Told me I needed a whole new gear box. $386.00. Looked on you tube and found the same exact problem on the same exact car. $35.00 piece from local automotive parts store and 30 minutes to install. Pretty disappointed with merkles now.
