I have been with the Merklinger Agency for more than 40 years, and through all of the changes in life (marriage, house, kids, multiple cars) their customer service has been consistently great! Whether it's a claim or just making changes to coverage, their response has always been quick, thorough and hassle-free. It is good to know they will always be there for us if and when we need them!!

I would not recommend really bad customer service unless they're making a ton of money off of you which their insurance in my opinion was high and they never answered the phone and if they can't make a decent amount of money out for you then they won't help you

Merklinger is an outstanding agency. We've been clients since we moved to the area 7 years ago. They are experts in the field and their customer service is second to none. Christine has been extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable, responds to inquiries in a timely matter and always follows up. In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art it is refreshing to work with such great professionals.
