Always prompt, professional and friendly. Been a patient for years- 12 years I think. Lots of cleanings and other work (fillings, crowns, root canals) and Dr Merkel and staff are simply the best. Doc is excellent in his craft and ensures patient comfort ALWAYS. Can’t recommend his office enough.
