Always wonderful, haven't been in 9 years. They remembered me and are my teeth are looking amazing and feel so much better.
Dentist's appointments rarely make it onto my calendar. Even so, my first visit at Dr. Merkel's office today had turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly. The hygienist was exceptional. She not only explained every step of the way, she was really light in her touches whether taking xray or cleaning the teeth. I walked out of there not feeling like I had been traumatized, as I often felt elsewhere in the past. The only regret was that I never got to see Dr. Merkel's face.
