Horrible experience say it would be a 60 to 90 minute wait. At 90 minutes called multiple times & was told the tech was on his way. 20 minutes later tech calls & says he just left & is 30 minutes away. 30 minutes later called tech & he said he'd be there shortly. When he finally did show up he was more concerned with chatting & texting on his phone than getting the job done. Do not use this company
