Stay away!! I reached out to David Park who took days to get back to me then after he did bother to respond and got all the information he needed…took days again to respond. I made it very clear I was making an offer and moving fast on a property. He told me he would get back to me. I’ve never heard a syllable from him since. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with their customer service is non existent. Their automated phone support is a joke They must have paid the customer who says they are great.

We had a terrific experience. Our mortgage broker, Jessica Na, went to amazing lengths to get us closed and recorded before our apartment lease was up. But even before that, Jessica and her team explained everything thoroughly, and streamlined the process. Kathy Nguyen on the underwriting side was also very professional, and easy to work with. All in all, I give Meriwest very high marks. We would work with Jessica again in a heartbeat.
