They are the worst company I have ever dealt with their customer service is non existent. Their automated phone support is a joke They must have paid the customer who says they are great.

We had a terrific experience. Our mortgage broker, Jessica Na, went to amazing lengths to get us closed and recorded before our apartment lease was up. But even before that, Jessica and her team explained everything thoroughly, and streamlined the process. Kathy Nguyen on the underwriting side was also very professional, and easy to work with. All in all, I give Meriwest very high marks. We would work with Jessica again in a heartbeat.
There is two very rude bankers here that always avoid me and never help its kind of awkward but alright , It's my bank hooray.
