Merivale Windows & Doors arrived with our new front door but didn't bring a lock. Nobody had informed us that the lock wasn't part of the deal so we had to go out and get one. The installers were already gone when we found out that the lock didn't work properly. Sadly, Merivale Windows & Doors wasn't in a hurry to fix this so we had to call in a locksmith at extra cost. That's three strikes against this company and we will never call them again.
Once again Merivale Windows and Doors has come to our aid in sprucing up our 1970’s semi. First, beautiful casement windows (summer 2024) flood the rooms with sunlight. Now, in 2025, a new front door brightens our small, dark entranceway. We wanted simple, not fancy, and the clean, classic, half window design is just perfect.
