My 80 years old mom had an appointment in Kanata MMI location with confirmation email.However when I got there, they told me it was a mistake and there was no appointment. They didn’t know how this happened and couldn’t fix this in the same location the same day. This is really ridiculous! I had to took a day off to bring my Mom there early morning and couldn’t get the check done due to their mistake!! Very bad experience!! I would give a 0 star if I could!
MMI was amazing. Came in from the NWT for a repeat x-ray while on vacation, was in and out in under 15 minutes. My tech was friendly and personable. Overall fantastic experience, would highly recommend.
I had two ultrasound on 19/6/24 ,I was told it will be sent to my nurse in 10days time I went back to my nurse after two weeks and paid extra money thinking my results was ready and I was told they had not yet received my report from Merival Medical imaging ,I have been to the clinic several times for my review and I’m told they still haven’t sent my results till date ,there’s no one to even answer you when you try to call them totally unprofessional ! Won’t recommend.
