Is very slow
Had an xray that went very well but the report stated that ‘all was normal’. Luckily my doctor was able to access the images and able to see that the report was inaccurate.
The X-ray technician was really nice, I couldn’t get my jewelry off because of my nails and he helped me which was so sweet! There was no waiting at all, I signed in early on line and it took maybe 15 min to call me name. The place was so clean too. I will definitely recommend this to those who need a walk-in x ray.
They have no flexibility, after nine months of fixing an ultrasound appointment because it was 20 minutes late and 15 minutes remaining time allotted to me , they just cancelled my appointment. They took no responsibility. They don't care about the health of their clients, they just want their time to be over and they get paid.
The reception and administration of the office and waiting area leaves MUCH to be desired. There is little point in using their offered virtual queues as they are ignored by the desk staff and you are just slotted in as you arrive regardless of booking online.
