Tracey was phenomenal Its obvious todays businesses are having an extremely difficult time finding personnel to operate on a daily basis but Merivale Medical Imaging at the Barrhaven location is very lucky to have Tracey. What an easy experience. Understanding and compassionate. Traits very hard to across today!
Very good customer service, generally low wait times, staff are very helpful and courteous.
I visited Merivale Medical Imaging on a frigid January 2nd, close to opening time. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes after having X-rays done. My only frustration is how the pocket app forces you to get a premium subscription if you want all the X-ray images they took. I feel like there should be a more user friendly solution that gives you all the images as taken and then if you need a more comprehensive report, you can pay for that if needed. UPDATE: when trying to retrieve my photos online, they allow you to see only 1 of them and its literally just of your bladder, so as you try to see the others, they ask for payment. To subscribe to see all 50 something photos it was about $55. Im disappointed in this. Yes, if you go back to one of their locations and have other scans done you can access your photos for up to a year, but 45 ish of those photos were not even of the baby, and just of other things.
