Everything went smoothly, and the ultrasound technician was kind and considerate.
Went Saturday morning. Was in a huge line of people and they still managed to get people in and out within 45 minutes. Staff friendly and efficient
Staff at the front was ok. Person who did the ct scan was really nice and fun to talk to. Made my visit great. Didn’t find anything but definitely can feel it.
For X-rays reserve a spot online to check wait time. Got to the location and only had to wait 10mins. Efficient and kind staff.
I was sent here for an echocardiogram, but my requisition was missing information. This is not MMI’s fault, but I do blame them for the fact that no one on their team noticed this until I had been waiting half an hour past my appointment time, at which point I was informed they couldn’t do my scan. I was informed I’d have to get a new requisition before the next appointment slot at 3:10, had someone told me that at 2:00 when I arrived as opposed to at 2:45 this may have been doable, but since it was well past my appointment ... read more
