I was sent here for an echocardiogram, but my requisition was missing information. This is not MMI’s fault, but I do blame them for the fact that no one on their team noticed this until I had been waiting half an hour past my appointment time, at which point I was informed they couldn’t do my scan. I was informed I’d have to get a new requisition before the next appointment slot at 3:10, had someone told me that at 2:00 when I arrived as opposed to at 2:45 this may have been doable, but since it was well past my appointment ... read more

I wish there was more privacy near the waiting cubicles for mammograms. Most of my experience at Merivale Medical Imaging was very good. The receptionists that took my initial booking was friendly and sweet; the technician who did my mammogram was efficient and personable. I don't like their set up. There is another waiting area for other medical procedures right in view of the change cubicles for the mammograms. Poor customer service and timeliness. Even though I had an appointment at 11am, I had to wait for 45 min before I was even called. Not sure if they just overbook people, but a ton of people were waiting. Gave an extra star since I did get an appointment within 2 weeks which is better than other clinics that was booking 2 months away.

The worse place Merivale road. My GP still has not received my x-rays result. I went 3 weeks ago. No phone number for this location either. Frustrating to have to go there to find out where the Xray results are. Booked an appointment for X-Rays why bother you end up waiting regardless of your appointment time. Merivale Rd location. 40 mins past my appointment and waiting ridiculous. 2 hrs later. Don't go to Merivale ....they don't care.
