I am very disappointed for your service . My doctor need my ultrasound report and now its a 15 days they are not sent my ultrasound report for my doctor and whenever i call the clinic and every time a lady picked my call and her name is tania and she is always say my name is tania and i am busy . That’s not a big deal if patient called you atleast you can listen your problem. If my doctor recommend me next ultrasound i never come here again.
Your calls will never get answered, sadly, unfortunately. You're going to have to go in person to book your appointment or just walk in for X-RAY imaging. 🤷♀️
$6 dollars to park for an hour is highway robbery! This is taking advantage of customers who really don't have much choice.
My GP sent them a requisition,. This imaging clinic then called me to book an appointment and texted me a reminder. I arrived from out of town, paid the parking meter in the parking lot only to be told once inside they don’t have an appointment or requisition for me. The place was packed and the receptionist didnt offer to call my doctor to get another requisition sent over/and fit me in. I will have my doctor rebook me elsewhere. The sonographer who did my ultrasound was absolutely fantastic, she asked the right questions and finally lead to a diagnosis I’ve been searching for almost a decade. I would recommend this clinic for all women who are showing signs of pelvic abnormalities. I’ve had 4-5 previous ultrasounds at other clinics all dismissive of my symptoms. You can trust that you are in good hands here. I wish I could name the young blond haired woman who took my exam on April 14 at 12:20 for the recognition she deserves.
