Waited an hour in waiting room for my appointment that was booked 6 months ago, just to be told “come back in 6 months.” Are you kidding me? That’s not healthcare, that’s cruelty and neglect disguised as scheduling. No empathy. No respect. No humanity.

Don’t tell people to arrive by 6:40 when the tech doesn’t even start until after 7. That’s not cool, we just sit there for half an hour.
Poor operation of online system and wait time for walk in for X-rays. If you join the queue at 1:30 pm and it says 120 min, I should expect that timeframe within reason. 5 pm before my mother (who is low mobility with a walker) was seen. That’s ridiculous. Cut off accepting walkins or joining the queue. The seniors can’t wait like that. It’s physically taxing on them. No rhyme or reason offered as explanation.
