What a joke about the Merivale location. Three times they booked my wife for an appointment and they were still under construction. Third appointment and they magically lost my wife's requisition. They are a bunch of clowns! It just takes 6 months for a Dr requisition to loose it
Merivale Medical Imaging is one of the best Imaging centres in Canada. Highly organized, vey efficient and well equipped to cope with a high number of patients. Staff is very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The place is very clean and has good parking lots.
If I could give them a 0, I would. Referral sent Aug.21 Scheduled for Tuesday Sept 8th, was called early that morning that the techician had called in sick, they rescheduled for the coming Saturday at roughly the same time. No I live about a 100kms out of town so its a chore to get there.....Then to find out no one booked the appointment....incompetence!! Asked them to send it to another company they indicated that their fax machine wasn't working. Please choose anywhere else for medical imaging!!
Today 10 , September I had my mammogram today, and I would like to give a special thank you to Bianca, the technologist who performed my exam. 🌺 She was incredibly kind, professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable and respected, and she explained everything clearly with such patience and care. It is not always an easy examination, but Bianca’s calm and compassionate approach made the experience much more comfortable. She is truly an excellent technologist and a wonder... read more
