Logan was so respectful and efficient. Every one of my experiences with front office reception and all technicians has been exceptional. Plus the booking and text response staff.
I visited Merivale Imaging on Clyde yesterday, August 15, 2025 for a mammogram, and unfortunately had a very distressing experience. The technician who performed my exam was extremely rough in her positioning, much more so than in my previous mammograms. The pain was so severe I felt I might faint. What made the situation harder was the lack of empathy. Even as I was clearly in pain, the technician did not acknowledge my discomfort or offer any reassurance. I arrived at set time, no delays, I was promptly directed to a specific room for an ultrasound as scheduled. The technician was courteous, polite and well mannered. These people knows what they are doing. Im glad such clinic exists and I appreciated their professionalism. Prior to arrival, they explained the procedure, the timetable and what to expect. I praise this outlet regardless the parking not being free. However if you have a valid handicap parking sign, parking is free according to Ottawa parking rules.
In for a 7:40 appt. No wait to check in. The women at the front reception were warm, friendly and professional. My procedure was clearly explained and the technician was thorough and welcoming.
The online “reservation” system for Clyde location is a scam. I wanted 2 hours and 30 mins for the text to go to the location within 30 mins. I went in 25 mins. Then I was told it would be a 30-40 min wait from then. After 60 mins I checked with the admin and was told I would be next. 30 minutes later I am still waiting. There is no one in the 30 person+ waiting room anymore who is as here before me. Doing a walk-in at any other location would probably have been faster.
