I asked for no gaps in my braids she said she could do it . I paid $350 to her plus purchased my own hair . I got home to notice gaps all in my head . If you know you can’t deliver the style please be up front and honest with people . When I let her know that I was dearly disappointed and un happy she offered not one solution . Only making excuses . This is not customer service . If people have a problem please service the sale as $350 plus $250 in hair is not a little money . I love her and the quality that she give. I have a lot of hair and it’s thick as well and when she does its look like wig. Flat on my head… I’m always more than satisfied when leaving out the chair…

I love the way Mrs Liz always do my hair she does a wonderful job every time!!! And when I call she always there to do my hair thru anything ,,she has been doing my hair for years and I still love it! Thank u Liz for my braids!!!
