The lady is awesome and very nice! No picking or digging.
Absolutely horrible experience. I dont know where the coding exactly begins but they did it wrong!! My paperwork for my annual lab work says the same thing every year! This was a preventative annual panel ran that is fully covered by my insurance. I have went thru MyChart, Meritas billing phone and wrote in on the bill, Meritas online contact and NOONE will respond, reach out, or FIX this issue!! Insane!! All over 46$$. I am not paying it but crazy that billing gets paid to NOT do their job.
I brought my 4 year old here because the pediatrician i took him too couldnt find a vein and kept poking him over and over. The phlebotomist here was so kind, patient, and professional. She had no problem find the vein and it was over in 30 seconds. She was amazing, I would highly recommend this plae. Anytime we need blood drawn. This is where we will come. As long as the same phlebotomist is there.
