I brought my 4 year old here because the pediatrician i took him too couldnt find a vein and kept poking him over and over. The phlebotomist here was so kind, patient, and professional. She had no problem find the vein and it was over in 30 seconds. She was amazing, I would highly recommend this plae. Anytime we need blood drawn. This is where we will come. As long as the same phlebotomist is there.
I Arrived at 9:55. There was one staff member visible. No place to sign in and after 15 min no one acknowledged me even when I attempted to get someone's attention. I had to ask other customers for information and found that 3 people were ahead of me . I wouldn't have minded a wait if I just had some information .
This was a gossip session with workers for 20 minutes as the patients waited. Because I was fasting I thought it would be quick yet I sat over 40 minutes without anyone moving before I left. Absolutely worse lab in this health care monopoly
