Absolutely mind boggling how bad this company is.. They have managed to suck the enjoyment out of having bought a new home. Worthless! And they don’t seem to care.
Worst HOA, they don't respond for your communications. If you live in a community managed by Meritus, you will not be happy even tho you own your home. First of all Meritus should learn to be perfect before policing others. Meritus is a Garbage... Bunch of zombies I believe.
Worst HOA ever 0/10 the only reason I'm really leaving 1 star is because if I don't it wouldn't let me leave this review.
Absolutely worthless HOA. Submit requests to make improvements to my home and get no response. Try to call and get no response. Send emails and get no response. These clowns are the worst people I have ever attempted to deal with.
