I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location. I’m standing in line once again for 20 min, mind you there is only 3 of us in there and this white lady comes in and skipped the line and they proceeded to help her even after seeing her skipped!! Even after calling it out, they still helped her and didn’t acknowledge me after standing there for 20 min before her. Please get some people over there who’s professional and not bias
Is there a phone number for Meritrust that they will actually answer ?? I mean I'm just really curious, because trying to get through to this place is impossible. Then when they finally answer after 30 to 45 minute hold, they transfer you to the wrong department so you have to start holding all over again. It's so inane.
