Danielle was so amazing and kind!!! I walked in at 5:10 pm on a Friday and she was more than willing to help me deposit my paycheck and even change my savings account from 1% interest to 3.5% interest! I didn’t even know this was an option so I was very thankful that she told me, explained to me, and patiently walked me through what everything meant! Thank you Danielle for your customer service it truly makes a difference!
Do not use this credit union. I had a car loan through them which I paid on time every month. This year I filed for bankruptcy and decided to let the car go with that because I was upside down on it. Well my bankruptcy discharged last week and instead of calling me to set up a date to get the car they came over night and repo’d it like I’m some kind of criminal. All my stuff is still in the car and I have the key. They never once contacted me about this, no email or call. Just stole my belongings overnight. This is super sha... read more
After making a large debit card purchase, I got a text immediately asking if the transaction was me. I was able to respond yes or no to the text. Great feature!!
