Easy to get business handled with Meritrust. They stay on top of everything needed. FAST AS POSSIBLE AND NICE TO DISCUSS ANY ISSUE. VERY NICE EMPLOYEES AND THAT IS ALOT THAT WE APPRECIATE.
I had been a member for 35 years. Finally left because I was charged service fees even when I had $10-15k cash balance. I can't find any other bank that charges fees when you have that much cash deposited. The interest payouts for savings and money market are so low as to be pointless. And they will preapprove you for a car loan, then when you go to get the car they somehow chop $1500 off the amount they will loan. I've known a few people who had Meritrust do that to them. How is my pay off more than the actual balance? Also ive paid a full year of payments and my balance has not changed. Not even my a penny. Again, how is this possible?! Then tou charge me insurance without telling me although I already had insurance. Not a good company at all. Dont bother reaching out if your not going to take my pay off offer which should be the number it is after me paying for over a year. I see alot of yall reviews are the same issues with scamming folks. Make it right with people!!!!
