I love banking here...the people are so nice and efficient
No complaints about the staff per se, but the ATM buttons need to be cleaned on a regular basis. They’re super filthy!!
To eliminate Saturday lobby hours is idiotic. People work. I work early morning until 6pm trying to make a living for myself. To decline 1 odd transaction and then be told I have to get a brand new card in order to use my hard worked for money!? Mind you this was not said when I called customer service right after the transaction was declined via TEXT it took 3 calls for someone to tell me there is nothing to be done except for getting a new card. I’ve been banking with meritrust for 3-4 years now, have had the best service! When my car insurance had double charged me they disputed it quickly and easily and took off the 29.00 charge off my account. I’m looking into them to finance my first auto loan in the next few months. Hoping to have a good experience!
I would not recommend this place, I had my card compromised and was never notified. They made 3 charges in Washington DC before I figured out (most banks flag all out of town purchases). In fact Venmo notified me before the bank did. To make matters worse you can’t report fraud on the app, and have to wait long periods to do it over the phone. So I opted to go in.
