This is the best Bank in Kansas.They take such good care of you and your money. Great service.
Juan went out of his way to help me right before closing time to help me get the money I needed for my car loan. I had some issues that needed working out and he worked diligently to resolve everything and helped me purchase my new car that night! I was so grateful for that help. Meritrust has always been a pleasure to work with.
Went in for an auto loan only to find out they offer no more than what I can do online, I proceed with the application though and was told I should receive a call back the same day or the next at the latest. Low and behold, multiple days pass and I never received a call.
