Love Meritrust, HATE this location. Small, never enough help. No tables around to do your business in nees be. Unfortunately this is the closest to my work. Do better at this branch! Standing in line for 30min with no apology for the wait is not cool.
KALIN COLLINS went out of his way to provide top notch customer service to me. Prior to his assistance after opening an account I was on the verge of closing it because of being lost and confused. KALIN single handedly changed my mind and helped me figure out and understand multiple issues. He exemplifies the standard all people in customer service should aspire too. Great Job Kalin!
The ATM jammed and kept my money on March 13th. Even with video evidence they’re still taking forever to return my money. It went from 24 hours multiple times, to 5 days, to now 90 days on me waiting on my money that was jammed in the ATM. I did not know how much money it was because I’ve never had an issue with the ATMs miscounting my money or jamming up and I’ve been a member for years.
