Walked in and Ashley was amazing! She took care of everything we needed.
My wife and I were looking for a home loan, and I had heard amazing things about Meritrust and their amazing customer service, so I went ahead and started filling out the online application. As usual with these things, I had a few questions about what to put in as to not be accidentally leaving anything out. Walked in and Ashley was amazing! She took care of everything we needed.
I absolutely do not recommend them. They made three charges to me, and I've already sent them the proof they requested, but they haven't changed anything on my balance. I've tried calling customer service, but it's impossible to get through. If you see this, don't finance anything with them. This is my advice. I'm going to refinance with another bank since this one is extremely inefficient.
