If I could vote for zero stars, I would. The staff at this daycare is beyond unprofessional and negligent. My daughter suffered from multiple scratches, busted lips and bruises since her first day here. At one point, I was thinking maybe since there’s so many children in one room with only one teacher that it could have been overwhelming for staff to give the children their undivided attention. I have visited multiple daycares in our area searching for one that felt like my son would get the best care/have the most fun. I have never sent my child to daycare so I was very hesitant and nervous. I had my aunt come with me on every tour I went on, and we both agreed on so many things. We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Kindacare! My daughter absolutely loves her teachers—Miss Keysha, Miss Vicky, and Miss Kim. For the past year and a half, they’ve been incredibly patient, nurturing, and genuinely caring. My experience with Peabody KinderCare has been nothing short of outstanding. As someone who is both part of the staff and a parent with a child enrolled, I’ve been able to see firsthand just how much care, intention, and heart go into this center every single day. Our 2 year old granddaughter loves her school. The teachers are excellent and the campus is spacious, safe and clean.They also have special family events that grandparents are welcome to attend.Plus our granddaughter loves the food and snacks which are included. The other parents rave about their experience with administration and staff and are very happy to have a warm, nurturing and caring educational experience.
My experience working under this manager was deeply disappointing. They created a hostile and discriminatory work environment where people of color and minority employees were treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. There was clear bias in how opportunities, recognition, and disciplinary actions were handled. When concerns about discrimination were raised, they were dismissed or met with retaliation instead of being taken seriously. My son started in the 2 year classroom at the end of September. Upon enrollment I informed the assistant director that he was being tested for possibly being on the autism spectrum and was currently not verbal. I was assured that his classroom would have 2 teachers and that the staff was capable of handling his special needs. Unfortunately that was not the case. Went there yesterday trying to find a place for daughter and received horrid treatment of prejudice and racism for being male and a minority. They tried to be sneaky and took a picture of without my consent. Worst experience ever.do not know I they treated everyone before the same ?not sure if it is the norm of how things work there.people just said nothing about the extremely bad behavior or just went with it.do not know how they expect more business with that horrid behavior.
