I've been working with the clinic staff since I was 20 years old. I have been receiving injections and other recommended treatments in order to help with my chronic back pain, Dr Greenburg and his staff are very friendly helpful and willing to work with you to reschedule if you are late. Due to the fact that it is a Specialists office if you are late you most likely will have to reschedule, however there are always nice respectful and willing to find a day that works for you.

If you are a few minutes late for an appointment, they make you reschedule - even if the appointment takes less than 5 minutes. Terrible policy and horrible customer service.
