Update to previous review dated 5/8/19. After a meeting with company owner it was determined there was a miscommunication of lease terms regarding the lease termination. They offered a favorable conclusion to the problem and the issue was settled. I appreciated the owners taking a personal interest to resolve the issue.
I have worked with this Company for nearly 20 years. The product offering and support is amazing. Our office cannot run efficiently or at all, without a working copier and scanner. Meritech continues to provide the best solutions and equipment at a fair price. They care about our business.
Meritech will harass your business when your time/lease is up. Mark B****, specifically caused unnecessary legal problem for us at ****** ******** ***. Upon our renewal we always get a second quote to compare our prices as most business do. However Mark B****, and his Sales Representative presented us a quote for a much smaller copier for twice the cost of the sale of this equipment.
