They are scammers! I had to close my business account because of over reaching and breach of contract. They want $4000 for a broken three year lease on a piece of equipment that costs $300.00
This group is awesome. Always caring. Taking care of any issues right away. Rates have been fair.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the tail end of my experience with Meritcard. I have sent about 15+ emails and called half a dozen times to get clarification on a charge that was made to my account. I simply asked for documentation that I signed where I agreed to such charge and they have been radio silent after stating they would send me such documentation. The absolute worst. Terrible customer service, they're scammers. They too many hidden clauses its pointless to sign a contract with them because they make up their own rules. Dont do business with them. You might as well trust your money with panhandlers.
